You send us some information about you and your company in the form below. We put your details into our melting pot database and match you up with a select group of entrepreneurs who are all:

Note – we match people by hand, always looking for sympathetic personalities, complementary goals and congruent aspirations. We’re looking for people who will understand your sector and speak your language.

You can join our waiting list by completing the form below. At this point, there’s nothing to pay. Then, we match you with a small group (usually two or three others) of people we feel have the potential to make a big difference to your business. And you to theirs.
We might match you immediately, or it might take a few weeks. We only want to make high-quality matches, so we’ll wait until the right people come up for you.
When we’re sure, we’ll email you to tell you we have a match. At this point, we’ll ask you to pay the matching fee. We have a sliding scale of fees, depending on how developed your business is and how experienced you are as an entrepreneur. Bigger businesses pay more than little start-ups, which seems fair.

What happens next?
Once we’ve received your payment through Stripe, we will introduce you to your new allies. You can then set up your first meeting online and get going. We’re here to support you though. You’re not on your own. We’ll check in with you regularly and make sure that the group is going through the normal “forming, storming, norming and reforming” stages you’d expect from a healthy network.

No, the waiting list is to show your interest. But I’d advise only applying if you have a full intention to be part of a business mastermind group in the near future. Because otherwise, we risk disappointing the people we match you with. They are ready to be part of a group to power up their businesses and need you to also be part of this.

No. You‘ll only get use from a business mastermind when you‘ve actually started trading. Sorry. There are many other (free) resources for you to learn about running a successful business on the blog and in the business stories emails. Top tip – make sure you’re getting these emails.
You are! Along with everyone else in the group. You‘re responsible for asking questions, listening hard and keeping the discussion on track. Don‘t worry. We’ve got you covered. Once you’re matched, we’ll send you the Business Mastermind Group Success Kit so you’ll know exactly how to do this.

Yes. We recommend that you meet on Zoom or equivalent rather than trying to get together in person. Online mastermind groups are way more helpful than the old-fashioned meetups in a beige hotel function room. Meeting online with your group means:
- You have a much higher chance of matching with people who are going to be your dream team members because you have the choice of many more participants
- You’re more likely to attend meetings because it’s quicker and more convenient
- Bring your own coffee (honestly, that hotel meeting room coffee was not good)
We‘ve got you. We go to a lot of trouble to ensure a good match, but sometimes you just don‘t click with someone. That‘s fine. We‘ll rematch you free of charge, no problem.
We check everyone’s details to make sure this doesn’t happen. But if we haven’t made a good match, for some reason, we’ll rematch you free of charge.
Yes. At your first meeting, you’ll agree on some ground rules with your new mastermind allies. One of these will be the level of confidentiality you want for your discussions. We recommend using the Chatham House rule or agree 100% confidentiality. All these are included in the Business Mastermind Group Success Kit, and we’ll check in with every new group to ensure this area has been covered.
